Jigsaw and Reciprocating Saw Blades

What you should know

Coarse or Fine Pitch

Pitch, or teeth per inch, is the most important consideration for efficient cutting. If the pitch is too
coarse (too few teeth), the teeth will be stripped and the blade damaged. If it’s too fine (too many
teeth), then cutting will be slow and inefficient.
As a general rule, two teeth must be in contact with the material it is cutting at all times. If, for
example you are cutting 1/8” material, you should use a blade with at least 16 teeth per inch (giving
you two teeth for every 1/8”). The harder and thinner the material being cut, the finer the pitch required.

Jigsaw Blades

MIBRO offers jigsaw blades for every application and quality of cut. MIBRO’s Bi-Metal blades last up
to 5 times longer than regular blades, are virtually shatterproof, retain tooth sharpness longer and are
smoother, faster cutting blades.

Reciprocating Saw Blades

MIBRO offers reciprocating saw blades in various lengths and for applications ranging from cutting wood,
plaster, wood with nails, metal or cast iron. MIBRO’s Bi-Metal blades last up to 5 times longer than regular
blades, are virtually shatterproof, retain tooth sharpness longer and are smooth, fast cutting blades.
