Product Guarantee
MIBRO products are manufactured to
precise specifications and rigid quality control standards. Goods are
inspected before shipment and are believed to be free from defects
in workmanship and materials. We guarantee every product against
defects in workmanship or materials and will replace or repair such
products without charge. However, we cannot be responsible for
products that show excessive wear, misuse or abuse.

Payment Terms
Net 30 days. Special terms printed on customer’s purchase orders will
not be acknowledged where they differ from our terms. Prices billed
will be those in effect at time of shipment. New orders will not be
processed or back orders shipped to accounts with seriously past due
balances.

Freight Tems
F.O.B. our Toronto warehouse.

Minimum Order
Order value must be a minimum of $250.00 net.

Back Orders
Unless otherwise instructed, back orders are kept on file for a
maximum of six months and are delivered with next order, or
separately if sufficient for shipment. Prices prevailing at time of
shipment apply to all back orders.

Shortage or Damage Claims
All products are sold F.O.B. our warehouse. In the event of any
shortage or damage, it is the customer’s obligation to notify the
delivery carrier within 10 days. We will assist you with your claim.
Title to products sold shall pass upon delivery to carrier at point of
shipment.

Returns of Merchandise
We require a written authorization from our regional
representative for all merchandise to be returned. Any returns not
previously authorized in writing will be refused at our warehouse and
returned at the sender’s expense. All authorized returns to factory
must be shipped prepaid. We do not allow credit for used, obsolete,
or shelf-worn merchandise damaged beyond our control. Credit for
authorized returns will be issued at prices in effect at the time of
purchase, less a 15% handling charge and a reasonable charge to
recondition and repack the merchandise as necessary.

Standard Packing
Orders will be shipped in standard shelf pack units. Orders for less
than the standard shelf packs will be increased to the quantity stated
in our catalogues and price lists.
